1. Live Practice Sessions
We will be meeting LIVE ONLINE for 21 days to practice time-tested yoga therapy modules which include yoga detox techniques, functional movements, asana sequences, pranayama, chanting and meditation.
2. Empowering Knowledge Sessions
Brace yourself for an in-depth understanding regarding the fundamentals of your Spine, Digestive System, Sleep, Breathing as well as Stress with the help of which you’ll be able to take better control of your health more independently
3. Diet and Lifestyle Modifications
No need of a fancy and expensive diet chart!! You will receive a clear guidance on how to modify your existing diet and lifestyle to achieve optimal health.
4. Session Recordings
The replay links of every session will be available throughout the workshop & for 30 days after the workshop ends. You can use it in case you miss the live session or if you wish to rewatch the live sessions.
5. Follow-up Therapy Modules.
You’ll be provided with the detailed notes from the knowledge sessions, an Ayurveda-based recommendation document for your body type - both will help you to stay connected to all your learnings from this workshop.

Vijaya Nirvana
Vijaya Nirvana is an adept Yoga Therapist with 11 years of experience, holding a degree in Yoga & Spirituality from S-VYASA University and a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from Manipal University.
With a unique foundation in the Gurukula system of eduction from Maithreyee Gurukulam, her primary and secondary education immersed her in Veda Mantras, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and yoga studies, fostering a deep affinity for Indian culture and tradition.
Vijaya seamlessly integrates her rich traditional knowledge with modern therapeutic practices, providing a holistic approach to well-being. Her journey embodies a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and contemporary expertise, making her a sought-after guide on the path to wellness and spirituality.

Who CANNOT attend?
The yoga challenge workshop is not suitable for individuals with severe physical limitations or medical conditions that may restrict their ability to engage in physical activities.
Serious Health Issues
People with the history of recent injuries & surgeries OR suffering from ANY serious health conditions that require personal care OR under medication are recommended to proceed ONLY AFTER consulting their physician.
Age restriction
If you are above the age of 50-55yrs (trying movement-routines for the 1st time!) OR below the age of 15yrs, then the practice modules of this workshop might not be suitable for you.
Pregnant & breastfeeding mothers (for up to 6 months)
The modules of this workshop are NOT suitable for you if you are a pregnant. A breastfeeding mother can attend after 6-8 months of delivery. However we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before proceeding.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I catch up on missed lessons?
Missed lessons can be revisited through recordings provided after each session which will be available for 30 days. Participants can review the content at their own pace and catch up on any missed material.
Is there an opportunity to interact with Vijaya Nirvana and ask questions?
Yes, most of your queries will be addressed at the end of every live session as-well as in the nirvana community app.
I am a women, Can I attend during periods?
During periods, avoid doing regular yoga practice but you can engage in pranayama, meditation and knowledge sessions during this time.
If I am not happy, can I claim my refund?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, teaching, or practice, we will be more than happy to refund your registration fee, provided you submit your claim within the first week of the workshop.
No claims or refund requests will be considered after this one-week period, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to technical issues, personal problems/conflicts, or changes in your schedule.
How will I continue my practice after the workshop ?
You will be given the guided practice videos from the workshop with 1 month free access. After that, you can renew the subscription to the same material, if you wish to extend the access. You will also be a member of NIRVANA COMMUNITY APP to clarify your doubts whenever you need to
I have never practiced yoga. Can I join this challenge ?
Definitely ! All the practice modules will be beginner friendly and we also provide modifications for each Asana wherever is required, which will make it even more easier for you to follow along.

Really I can see the difference before starting your session and after. I normally have backpain during and before periods but after my delivery pain increases, seeing my pain my husband suggested your videos and classes of 21days yoga session. After 1 week of your class I got my periods but pain was little I was really surprised, your class was very helpful and knowledgeable too. You explained the things very clearly.
