Pregnant & breastfeeding mothers (for up to 6 months)
The modules of this workshop are NOT suitable for you if you are a pregnant. A breastfeeding mother can attend after 6-8 months of delivery. However we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before proceeding.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I catch up on missed lessons?
Missed lessons can be revisited through recordings provided after each session which will be available for 30 days. Participants can review the content at their own pace and catch up on any missed material.
Is there an opportunity to interact with Vijaya Nirvana and ask questions?
Yes, most of your queries will be addressed at the end of every live session as-well as in the nirvana community app.
I am a women, Can I attend during periods?
During periods, avoid doing regular yoga practice but you can engage in pranayama, meditation and knowledge sessions during this time.
If I am not happy, can I claim my refund?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, teaching, or practice, we will be more than happy to refund your registration fee, provided you submit your claim within the first week of the workshop.
No claims or refund requests will be considered after this one-week period, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to technical issues, personal problems/conflicts, or changes in your schedule.
How will I continue my practice after the workshop ?
You will be given the guided practice videos from the workshop with 1 month free access. After that, you can renew the subscription to the same material, if you wish to extend the access. You will also be a member of NIRVANA COMMUNITY APP to clarify your doubts whenever you need to
I have never practiced yoga. Can I join this challenge ?
Definitely ! All the practice modules will be beginner friendly and we also provide modifications for each Asana wherever is required, which will make it even more easier for you to follow along.

Really I can see the difference before starting your session and after. I normally have backpain during and before periods but after my delivery pain increases, seeing my pain my husband suggested your videos and classes of 21days yoga session. After 1 week of your class I got my periods but pain was little I was really surprised, your class was very helpful and knowledgeable too. You explained the things very clearly.
